Our story

Domestic gas and plumbing, done properly

We started trading in 2012 and have stayed deliberately small. The business is four directly employed people working out of 3 Nightingale Drive, PE7 3HR — not a call centre with a rota of subcontractors. When you ring, you speak to someone who knows your property and your job.

We help homeowners and landlords across Peterborough and the surrounding Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire towns. Most of our work is domestic: replacing boilers that have reached the end of their life, servicing the ones that have not, fixing breakdowns, installing complete bathrooms, upgrading heating systems and issuing landlord gas safety certificates.

Our specialism is gas. Boilers, heating systems, unvented hot water cylinders and the certification that goes with them. We are Gas Safe registered under 540834 and G3 qualified for unvented cylinders, which matters for any property that needs mains-pressure hot water at more than one outlet at a time.

Registration 540834, G3 qualified for unvented hot water cylinders, and a team holding City & Guilds / NVQ plumbing qualifications. Gas work is carried out by our own Gas Safe registered engineers.

Fixed prices agreed before we start

Servicing is £80 + VAT, CP12 certificates are £60 + VAT and boiler installations start from £1,600 + VAT. Repairs are diagnosed first and priced before any work begins.

Insured to commercial levels

£5m public liability and £10m employers' liability insurance, in place for every job we attend, domestic or rental.

Guaranteed workmanship

Every job carries our 1-year workmanship guarantee, and new boilers carry manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years depending on the model installed.
