Since 2012 Trading as a family firm 76 Checkatrade reviews 1 working day Typical free quote turnaround 24/7 Emergency call-outs available Our story ## Domestic gas and plumbing, done properly We started trading in 2012 and have stayed deliberately small. The business is four directly employed people working out of 3 Nightingale Drive, PE7 3HR — not a call centre with a rota of subcontractors. When you ring, you speak to someone who knows your property and your job. We help homeowners and landlords across Peterborough and the surrounding Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire towns. Most of our work is domestic: replacing boilers that have reached the end of their life, servicing the ones that have not, fixing breakdowns, installing complete bathrooms, upgrading heating systems and issuing landlord gas safety certificates. Our specialism is gas. Boilers, heating systems, unvented hot water cylinders and the certification that goes with them. We are Gas Safe registered under 540834 and G3 qualified for unvented cylinders, which matters for any property that needs mains-pressure hot water at more than one outlet at a time. What customers tell us they value most is not technical. It is that the quote is transparent, the price does not move once the work starts, the team turns up when they said they would, and the property is left clean. That is the whole business model, and it is what our Checkatrade reviews consistently pick up on. ### Who we help - Homeowners replacing an old or failing boiler - Households wanting reliable heating and hot water through winter - Landlords needing compliant CP12 certificates and servicing - Anyone planning a full bathroom rather than a cosmetic refresh - Properties needing mains-pressure hot water to several bathrooms ### Where we work Peterborough · Yaxley · Hampton · Whittlesey · Huntingdon · Sawtry · Stilton · Stamford · Market Deeping · Ramsey · Oundle · Cambridgeshire Mission & standards ## How we work, and what we promise Our aim is simple: leave every property with heating and hot water that works properly, installed safely, at a price that was agreed before we picked up a tool.
